My approach
I believe therapy should feel like exhaling after holding your breath too long. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or put on hold. Healing doesn’t always have to be heavy; it can be honest, curious, and even a little lighthearted.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy and shaped by mindfulness, metaphor, and a relational lens. Sessions are collaborative and conversational, not full of clinical jargon or rigid checklists. We’ll move at your pace, explore what feels most alive, and make space for your voice, your values, and the version of you that’s still unfolding.
I work with adults and emerging adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and the deep work of identity. Many of my clients are the ones who hold space for everyone else, quietly resilient, often without anyone noticing what they’re carrying. They make it look easy, even when it’s anything but. This space is where that weight can be named, felt, and finally set down. We’ll move at your pace, explore what has been overlooked or hard to name, and make room for your voice, your values, and the version of you that’s still unfolding. If this feels like the right kind of space, I’d be honored to connect.
If this resonates, I look forward to hearing from you.
Who I work with
I work with individuals across a variety of life stages, including teens, emerging adults, and those who feel like they’re still figuring it all out (no matter their age). Whether it’s burnout from doing all the things, anxiety that won’t quiet down, or a sense of feeling stuck, I offer a space to be real and to breathe.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who appear to have it together on the outside but often feel overwhelmed or lost inside. I’m especially drawn to working with
Teens and young adults navigating identity, self-esteem, and the pressure to "have it all figured out"
People pleasers learning how to set boundaries without guilt
Adults unpacking the emotional weight of their past
Overthinkers and self-doubters craving clarity and calm
Women, creatives, and caretakers who are ready to prioritize themselves
If you're in the thick of a transition or just feeling a bit untethered, you don’t have to do it alone. However you show up, you’re welcome here.
In-person and remote options
